Wire feeding method:

The welding nozzle gently stays on the side of the groove (supporting function) and ignites the arc to form a molten pool. The wire is fed by the friction between the thumb and the index finger, and swings with the welding nozzle (the direction of heat source and argon flow protection migration). Under the action of traction force and surface tension, the molten drop is connected with the base metal on the other side of the groove. After the molten drop forms a stable molten pool with the base metal on the other side and the weld is welded, the molten drop swings back to the original side of the base metal. After such repetition, the two sides of the formed weld are fused well, and it is not easy to produce undercut, incomplete penetration and melting table. Since the welding wire has not been separated from the argon protective ring, therefore, the internal and surface quality of the weld can be guaranteed.
Beautiful appearance:
When oscillating welding, the porcelain nozzle swings against the groove or weld, which has good stability. With the porcelain mouth as the fulcrum, it is easy to grasp the crescent shape swinging left and right or up and down. According to the width, depth, temperature, etc. of the weld, select the appropriate advance amount, frequency, speed, wire feeding mode, minimize the width difference, basically form a relatively smooth golden yellow beautiful qualified weld.
Rooting swing welding is relatively simple, and now most people know it. If used properly, a smoother, more uniform root weld can be obtained with fewer defects.
In theory, the surface reinforcement of high-quality welded joints is 0.59mm, and the rear reinforcement is 1.59mm, which is the best in theory. Therefore, the current welded joint is not lower than the base metal.
